Evaluation of the policies of George W. Bush and his Republican conservatives on America.

One of the most ironic consequences of the U.S. Invasion of Iraq is that the new government elected by the people of Iraq is now dominated by the Shiite faction which is the same group that controls Iran.

Under Saddam, who is a Sunni, there was continual fighting between Iraq and Iran. In fact the number of dead in Iraq was far greater from the fighting between Sunni Iraq under Saddam and Shiite Iran then from anything else. Millions have died on both sides.

What Bush has managed to do is allow the majority Shiite to come to power in Iraq after his “free elections” and now we have the SAME Islamic sect in power in BOTH Iran and Iraq. If Bush is correct and Iran is the most dangerous element in the Middle-east, he has provided the link that could cause these two Moslem countries to cooperate in the future and ferment even greater terror in the United States and the West for decades to come.

The historians will have a field day with the magnitude of the miscalculations of George W. Bush.

It is not an obsession. What I am pointing out is the result of his policy. Many of you Bushies want to make believe that what I say is not true or important. The facts say otherwise. You show your total disregard by such remarks. Please show me where what I am saying in not correct?

Because your whole post is your opinion, not fact. Bush didn't hand anything to Iran. And it is an obsession when every one of your posts has the word "Bush" in the title. Bush is not going anywhere, he's not up for re-election. Why don't you take your efforts and tell us how democrats (which your support) will make the world hold hands again. Keep going though col, you are going to guarantee Bush is not elected again in '08. Pathetic.

Wow, the majority in power in a democracy. Imagine that.

You forget one "MAJOR" factor. Iraq does NOT have anyone with near the venom as the Ayatollah Khamenei! Or have you fogotten just how much he hates the US? And don't try to blame it on GW either! He hated us looooong "before" GW took office.

If any of you Bushies believe we are more secure in September 2006 then in March 2003, you are living in a dream world. No matter what you say, Iraq would not be controlled by the Shiites had Bush not invaded Iraq and deposed Saddam and the Sunni's. To have the same group of nuts in control of BOTH Iran and Iraq is a major step backward and we have Bush to thank for that change!

A stark assessment has found that the American invasion and occupation of Iraq has helped spawn a new generation of Islamic radicalism and that the overall terrorist threat has grown since the Sept. 11 attacks.
