1. They continue to enrich uranium.

2. What President would simply let Iran off the hook by saying OK, you guys are no problem? He, wisely, is keeping the diplomatic pressure on. We have no indication that "diplomatic pressure" alone is what prompted them to stop active weapons development, only speculation. Whatever the reason, now is the time to keep the lid on them and any President who didn't would be derelict in his duty.

The NEW intelligence says that Iran suspended their nuclear weapons program. Bush is claiming that does not change anything. THAT MAKES NO SENSE! It makes all the difference in the world! Bush is IGNORING the new Intelligence and continuing his policy on incorrect t information. If the President is not going to use the intelligence then why spend $12 Billion per year to develop that intelligence?

the reason they stopped making nuke weapon is that they needed a rocket to use it with. they are still building that. you have really got to start looking at more than the liberal crap page.

this thread also reminds me of when Clinton went to china and came back stating that he had gotten the Chinese to stop pointing their three nuke missiles at us. the only problem it only takes a minute to re aim one of those things. so what did Clinton do nothing.

Iran processing Uranium for a reactor does not endanger anyone. The claim by Bush was they were building nuclear weapons which the NIE said ended in 2003. Bush was told there was a major change in the intelligence in August and he continued to tell us about Iran trying to build nuclear weapons. Even now he insists nothing has changed. That is a LIE and no one will believe Bush. This is the very same thing he did with the intelligence that showed that Iraq did not have WMD. He only accepted Intel that supported what he wanted to do and we all know that he was WRONG. IT is time to STOP Bush from ignoring the facts and moving closer to another unjustified war. Senator Biden is correct- If Bush moves against Iran unless they attacked us, Bush should immediately be impeached and removed from power. Bush is Dangerous!

Bush has been warning about we can not accept a nuclear IRAN. The NIE says that is not an issue. If we were NOT in Iraq, neither the Iraqis nor Iranians would be attacking our troops! The reason for American deaths and injuries is because of Bush! If Iraq or Iran had invaded the U.S. what do you think we would be doing to the invaders?
