Every one of these issues: the federal deficit and resultant increase in the national debt and the interest it will mandate; the loss of jobs and trade deficit; the funding of the prescription drug plan; the disastrous impact the Iraq war has had our military; the refusal to protect our borders; no solution to our energy dependence and high gasoline prices; the impending problem to fund Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. All of these issues and others will not go away because they are not being resolved by the Bush policies. Each day they become more difficult and more expensive. Making excuses for the ineffective way in which George W. Bush has dealt with every one of these issues is not going to make the pain and suffering any better when the day of reckoning comes and the American people are forced to find solutions to issues that he has ignored or made significantly worse.

I'm not making excuses, i'm just trying to get across that no matter what...these problems [iraq war and certain things excluded] where going to occur, whether we had a republican or democrat in office as president...so quit blaming bush...yes i agree something needs to be done...but there's only so much one person can try and do...i haven't heard the other side of the aisle quipp up with any ideas...all its been is comments against his_____ [insert whatever] Personally in the iraq war...yes he made mistake with the WMD [unless you consider him saying that they're were one of many reasons,or Hussein and the few chemical,etc.. weapons found to be "WMD" ], and i would be happy if he stepped up and said, "Ya Know, I was wrong in believing the intell that was given me on iraqs supposed WMD's. I apologize." [or whatever, just to admit he was incorrect]
