Evaluation of the policies of George W. Bush and his Republican conservatives on America.
Published on May 2, 2005 By COL Gene In Politics
The latest polls show the following support for the policies of George W. Bush:

Support for his Iraq Policy 42% of Americans

Support for his Social Security policy 35% of Americans

Maybe it's time for George to resign and give the job to his wife Laura

If he resigned, would we avoid a "nucular" war ?
on May 02, 2005
I doubt George Bush resigning would have any impact on a nuclear war. It might avoid the nuclear option in the Senate.

If the demoncrapick party would stop obstructing and maybe try to solve a few things . that would stop any nucular option the republicans propose

If so many people disapprove, then how did he win again last fall? His SS policy was no secret, and we were already in Iraq.

What's your poll source?

Since you are so into polls.

Americans would still elect Bush.

it is an excellent question how Bush got reelected given the fact that most of what he wants to do is not an agreement with the majority of Americans. We had two poor choices Kerry was not well-liked by a lot of people and although some people like George Bush as a person they don't like his policies. lets hope we get two good choices in 2008 instead of two lousy choices in 2004. poll results were reported on CNN tonight and I did not catch the agency that ran the polls. The point was made Bush's popularity in general and public dissatisfaction with policies is getting worse day by day.

Bush got reelected because the majority of Americans do agree with him. You read into polls too much that are usually slanted, and are no real indication of what people want.

No most do not agree with his policies. Polls, letters in the paper and the piss poor performance of his fiscal, energy, trade, border security, budget policies and the War in Iraq. Have you noticed what is going on two years after "Mission Accomplished" in the at Hell we have sent our brave young people into?

No most do not agree with his policies.

Talk about being full of it. Get a clue. If that many americans did NOT agree with his policies he would NOT have been re-elected. And don't try to hand out your usual swill of poor election choices.

Don't kid yourself and Bush didn't get reelected because of his policies or what he trying to with his policies. moderates don't agree, liberals do not agree, hell not all the conservatives agree with him. You guys are living the dream world if you think the majority of people agree with his economic policy, Social Security, trade, energy, border protection and immigration policy. The majority of people do not agree with his Iraq war at this point. Bush is not in consort with what most people want.

Like I said:

I think we should do our own poll. One that shows the *col* "out to lunch"!

Where did you get your poll data? I would like to see the sampling data and where it was taken. Thanks, I can make numbers up if I wanted to, when citing polls you should give a link to where you get your data from.
